In this webinar, Eric gave users his expertise on the “dos” and “don’ts” of SharePoint branding and what the new SharePoint Framework means for future branding efforts. Some of Eric’s hottest blog topics of 2016 include Dev Patterns and Practices (PnP), the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and SharePoint’s new UI/UX. He has also traveled out of state to mentor renown companies on best practices in branding and developing SharePoint intranets and extranets. Throughout his chaotic schedule this year, Eric has remained a key mentor to our developers, encouraging them to adopt TypeScript to get ready for the new SharePoint Framework. In addition to some of the larger events Eric participates in, Eric spreads his SharePoint and Office 365 expertise by speaking at SharePoint Saturdays and local user groups. Eric is also an active speaker at many SharePoint conferences including Microsoft Ignite, European SharePoint Conference, SharePoint Fests, and SPTechCons. After receiving his first Microsoft MVP award last year, Eric has been working not only to support the great changes and updates in Office 365 and SharePoint but also to help provide his key insights and best practices to the SharePoint community.Īs a co-host of SharePoint Saturday Sacramento and Silicon Valley events, Eric helps recruit other community leaders, local sponsors, as well as fellow PixelMill team members to help organize and run each SharePoint Saturday.
